The prices for petsitting are listed in "animal units" (AU) Below are some examples of animal units:
If you have fish, they will be fed at no charge if you are paying for petsitting another animal. If the aquarium is the only reason for the visit, it will count as one AU. If animals in your aquarium need medicated or if anything else besides feeding needs to be done, please contact me with the details for pricing.
Similar combinations also make up one animal unit. If you have questions about how many animal units you have, feel free to send me an e-mail or give me a call. I am willing to care for horses, goats, cattle, or other livestock on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for more information on pricing and other specifics.
Please note: I am no longer taking new clients for overnight pet/house sitting. I am only one person, so please book ahead of time as much as possible to ensure I will be available for the days you need me. I only make visits up to 3 times per day; visits 3 times per day are available on a limited basis. Most people feel that 2 visits is adequate, though some people with animals other than dogs feel that once a day, or even less, is enough. Use your own judgment and your knowledge of your pet when deciding how many visits you want per day. Visits will occur at approximately 24 hour intervals for one visit per day, approximately 12 hour intervals for 3 times per day, and approximately 6 hour intervals for 3 times a day, with an approximately 12 hour interval between visit #3 of one day and visit #1 of the next day. Unless specifically requested, visits will not occur at a particular time. If your animal has special medication needs, please let me know if I need to be there to medicate at a specific time; for example if you have a dog on insulin twice a day at 7am and 7pm, I will make my best efforts to stick to the time schedule you specify. I will let you know ahead of time if this time schedule will not be able to be kept so that you can choose to make other arrangements if necessary.

Basic petsitting includes feeding once per visit and for dogs, going outside to potty once per visit (short walk, or let out in the yard). Prices for basic petsitting (per day) are as follows:
